As part of a much larger re-development project in Delaware County PA around the old Franklin Mint property, the State Police required a new building to replace their antiquated building with a larger, state-of-the-art facility. Site development, remediation and demolition of their old facility was included in the project scope. This project was awarded an $5M RACP grant to offset significant infrastructure costs.
