The antiquated and dilapidated entertainment facility located at the intersection of two major traffic corridors received a much-needed update including a complete interior and exterior façade renovation, energy-efficient HVAC systems. The site received parking and stormwater management improvements. PH&C’s insight and experience helped marshal this project to successful completion while reducing costs via spearheading value engineering of several design features with architects and engineers, as well as managing the prime contracting for various aspects of the project, including building renovations, site work, site electrical work, landscaping, signage, and streetscapes.
- Complete exterior building renovations and 3,550 SF lobby addition, including a new roof and 8 RTU’s
- Major façade overhaul including brick/precast concrete/corrugated metal panel/EFIS veneer systems, and steel canopy columns with steel spires.
- Parking lot, storm water management and utility improvements/renovation including highway improvements.
- Close coordination and cooperation with complete interior renovation contractors with multiple overlapping systems/issues which were successfully resolved.
