Pond’s Edge is a 197 unit townhouse community on approximately 55 acres in Middletown Township, Delaware County. This residential community project has been a great success, allowing our client to move forward with the opening of the final phase of home construction in late 2023 into 2024. 

Key Features:

• We procured and managed multiple consultants and contractors to address sitework, retaining walls, pump station design and construction, site electric and lighting, clubhouse construction, and landscape/hardscape features.
• Developing this land included:
  • Rock blasting
  • 180,000 CY of earth moving
  • Installation of 5,700 SF of large retaining walls
  • Installation of a sewer pump station
  • Coordination of the dry utility work with PECO, Verizon, and Comcast
• Community features include multiple amenity areas (gazebo, pergola, and hardscaping), and a robust landscape plan with natural surface trails throughout the grounds. We worked with a local Boy Scout Troop to optimize the trail routes, way-finding markers and constructing pedestrian bridges.
