We are proud to continue with our assistance in developing another Wawa store that opened in December 2023. Our work for an individual land owner client included delivering a pad site to the Wawa Corporation specifications, and working with their General Contractor to successfully complete the construction.
This site had the gamut of redevelopment challenges including a bald eagle nest less than 100′ off site, environmental remediation and demolition of structure, wet and dry utility issues and relocations, storm water, vehicular and pedestrian management.
We worked extensively with the City of Bethlehem and PennDOT to get the constructed highway improvements approved in order to allow the new Wawa to open.
All the while controlling costs and managing a budget while dealing with architects, engineering firms, numerous government agencies, utilities and contractors from geotechnical and underground investigations thru various construction segments.
