Owner invested in a needed renovation of this popular suburban shopping center, updating the façade appearance to a more modern design, improving the pedestrian circulation and accessibility, and increasing the lighting levels, and electrical efficiency of the site lighting. PH&C oversaw the project’s execution in this open and operating shopping center, while saving the owner costs by value engineering certain design aspect, and prime contracting of various specialty contractors.
