Continuing our expansion into Residential and Multi-Family community projects, we assisted Tuskes Homes complete this residential community located in the beautiful Saucon Valley of Pennsylvania.

Located on the same parcel, we also assisted in delivering lots for another community that is being built by Ryan Homes.

Key Features:

• We procured and managed multiple contractors to handle sitework (on and off-site), land clearing, utility work, landscape and hardscape features.
• Developing this land included:
  • Coordination with multiple governmental agencies and neighbors
  • Installation, monitoring and maintenance of E&S controls
  • Rock blasting
  • 425,000 CY of earth moving
  • Installation of over a mile of water main extension, including boring under Route 309.
  • Value engineering and installation of stormwater irrigation
  • Installation of 7 separate retaining walls (2160 LF in length and 19,715 SF) and fencing
  • Landscape buffer installation
  • Recreation trail installation
  • Coordination of the dry utility work with UGI, PPL, Verizon, and Service Electric
