PH&C has worked closely with healthcare providers to plan and construct new, or renovate existing, facilities to insure they work for them and their tenants is the ever changing increasingly demanding high tech requirements of their industry.

Government –
PH&C works with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) as a consultant to Booze Allen & Hamilton to provide Project Management Oversite on FTA projects throughout the country. PH&C was charged with insuring government grant funds, such as American Recovery and Re-investment Act (ARRA) are being used for their grant purposes and in accordance with Federal Government regulations and standard industry practices. PH&C provides the person on the ground and the expertise on a variety of transit projects.
